Your drop hits its goal
Every drop runs its full window. Reach the goal by the closing date and it locks in for production. That is when your fans are charged. Miss it, and nobody is charged.
We ship directly
Orders are fulfilled and shipped straight to your fans, with no inventory obligation for you.
The details
When am I charged?
You are never charged at pre-order. Your card is securely held on file, and you are only charged if the drop reaches its goal by the closing date. If it does not, you are never charged.
How long does a drop run?
Every drop runs on a fixed schedule and closes Sunday night, so you always know exactly when a countdown ends.
