STEP 2

Your Drop Hits Its Goal

Every drop runs through its full window. Reach your goal by the closing date and it's locked in for production — that's when you're charged. Miss it, and you're never charged at all.

STEP 3

We Ship Directly

Orders are fulfilled with no inventory obligation for you.

The details

When am I charged?

You're never charged at pre-order. Your card is securely held on file, and you're only charged if the drop reaches its fan goal by the campaign's closing date. If the drop doesn't reach its goal, you're never charged.

How long does a drop run?

Every drop runs on a fixed schedule and closes Sunday night — so you'll always know exactly when a countdown ends.
