When am I charged?

You're never charged at pre-order. Your card is securely held on file, and you're only charged if the drop reaches its fan goal by the campaign's closing date. If the drop doesn't reach its goal, you're never charged — simple as that.

What if a drop doesn't reach its goal in time?

The campaign can be extended up to two additional weeks to give it a chance to reach the goal. If it still comes up short after that, the drop closes unsuccessfully and no one is charged.

How long does a drop run, and when does it close?

Every drop runs on a fixed schedule and closes Sunday night — so you'll always know exactly when a countdown ends.

When will I get my CD?

Once a drop closes successfully, production begins. Standard orders ship via USPS Media Mail after manufacturing and quality checks are complete — typically a matter of weeks, not months.
