When am I charged?

Never at pre-order. Your card is held, and you're only charged if the drop reaches its goal by the closing date. If it doesn't, you're never charged.

What if a drop misses its goal?

The campaign can extend up to two additional weeks. If it still comes up short, the drop closes and nobody is charged.

How long does a drop run, and when does it close?

Every drop runs on a fixed schedule and closes Sunday night, so you always know exactly when a countdown ends.

When will fans get the CD?

Once a drop closes successfully, production begins. Standard orders ship via USPS Media Mail after manufacturing and quality checks, typically weeks, not months.
